EFCC clears suspended Minister, Beta Edu

Reports reaching First Post had it that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has cleared the allegations of financial appropriation against the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs Dr Beta Edu.

The commission is said to have said it has found nothing incriminating against the suspended Minister, Dr. Edu related to any economic or financial crimes.

First Post had reported how Dr. Beta Edu, who was suspended as a ministerial to allow the do investigation.

Recalled that the investigation began following allegations of financial mismanagement and corruption within the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.
