South Africa Requests Third Intervention Against Israel at ICJ

South Africa urged the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to intervene and put an end to the violence in Gaza, as they made their third attempt to seek legal measures against Israel.

During the current hearing, the United Nations’ highest court was informed that it is of utmost importance to urgently put a stop to the ongoing conflicts. Furthermore, it was argued that Israel’s actions unmistakably demonstrate a deliberate intention to commit genocide.
