Cardi B Wins $1.2m In Defamation Case Against Tasha K

American rapper Cardi B has secured a $1.2 million repayment plan from media personality Tasha K following a defamation lawsuit.

On February 24, 2025, a judge finalized the details of the $4 million defamation judgment, mandating that Tasha K pay Cardi B in monthly installments over the next five years.

While this plan doesn’t cover the entire judgment, Cardi B retains the right to pursue the remaining balance after the five-year period.

Additionally, Tasha K has agreed to refrain from making any derogatory, disparaging, or defamatory comments about Cardi B or her family on any platform, including her podcasts and social media accounts.

This agreement does not restrict Cardi B from commenting about Tasha K. In 2022, Cardi B won a $4 million defamation judgment against Tasha K after suing the YouTuber for making false claims that the rapper had herpes, used cocaine, and had worked as a prostitute.
