Embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another lawsuit, this time from a male street performer who claims the rapper drugged and assaulted him in 2022.
The alleged victim, filing anonymously as John Doe, claims he was scouted while performing outside a nightclub in Los Angeles.
According to the lawsuit, an associate of Combs invited him to an exclusive party, where he was allegedly drugged and assaulted.
The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages for emotional distress, psychological harm, and other injuries.
Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, calling them “ridiculous and demonstrably false,” maintaining his innocence.
Meanwhile, Combs remains in jail as he awaits trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges set for May 5.
