Sean “Diddy” Combs, currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial on federal sex crime charges, was transported to Brooklyn Hospital Center late Thursday night for an MRI due to knee pain.
This issue traces back to his participation in the 2003 New York City Marathon. The late-night hospital visit was conducted discreetly to minimize attention.
After the procedure, Combs was returned to his cell without an overnight stay. The Bureau of Prisons has not provided details about his medical condition or the hospital visit.
Combs has been in custody since September 2024, facing charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
