One of Nigeria’s leading banks, the Firstbank of Nigeria, FBN, has released vital info to its members.

In a mail on Tuesday, the bank released a new development in its banking operations towards easing the stress of its customers, particularly those in Diaspora.

The notice reads, “Diaspora customers can now receive One Time Passwords (OTPs) in their Emails. This amazing feature allows you to complete registrations on FirstMobile, LIT, and link your BVN or NIN to your account.

“To access this service, simply follow these steps:
Complete a copy of OTP Indemnity form here
Attach a copy of any of the valid means of identification listed below:
Valid Nigerian International Passport.
Valid Nigerian Driver’s License
Foreign Passport (where the place of birth is stated Nigeria).
Valid Nigerian National ID Card (NIN).
Valid Nigerian Voter’s ID Card.

Customers are advised to “Send the completed form and a copy of your identification to DiasporaBankingDepartment@firstbankgroup.com for processing.”
