Gunmen kills Taraba District Head in his palace 

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have killed the District Head of Sansani in Taraba state.

The gunmen are said to have stormed the palace of the traditional ruller, Alhaji Abdulmutalib Jankada, and killed him instantly.

The gunmen came in motorbikes, started firing in the air to scared away passers-by.

First Post gathered that the Monarch died on the spot.

When contacted, Taraba state Police PRO Usman Abdullahi, a Supretendet of Police said he is not aware of the incidence.
