P-Square took me and I performed alongside them in London. That was actually my first major show in London. They taught me alot and I’m very grateful.
“It actually felt great to be part of the first afrobeats festival ever. This was actually my first major show in London. It was a big deal for me and for my career as well. If felt great to be performing with my idols, P-Square like I grew up listening to them. They inspired me and I’m glad I got a chance to perform with them. Me being on the same stage with them outside my country is something I’ll never forget.
I love my fans so much because all this wouldn’t have been possible without them. Many years ago when I first heard P-Square, I was young and that’s when I got inspired. I learned alot from P-Square, they are actually my mentors who even taught me some of their skills. P-Square are one of the most consistent artîst ever. The music industry is very funny, you’ll think you’re there and before you know it a new artist just comes out of nowhere and he’s bigger than you then you become îrrelevant but these guys have been able to pull through all that for years. I’m very grateful and I look up to them.” Wizkid
P-Square did alot for Wizkid but they don’t brág about it. What matters most is the fact that Wizkid appreciates what they did for him
