Policeman injured, 63 arrested as Lagos task force raids criminal hideouts

A policeman sustained injuries while 63 suspected miscreants were on Monday arrested by officials of the Lagos State Taskforce in the Oshodi area of Lagos metropolis.

The operation which was led by the Chairman of the agency, CSP Shola Jejeloye, lasted over three hours.

Gbadeyan Abdulraheem, spokesman of the task force, who confirmed the raid, described the activities of some of the suspects as worrisome due to the nature of the harmful weapons and substances recovered from them.
