Controversial Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has criticized Osun State Governor for allegedly neglecting official duties to attend his nephew Davido’s wedding.

Maduagwu labeled the Governor’s absence from duty a “bl*tant DiSGRACE,” questioning the prioritization of a wedding over state responsibilities on a Tuesday Morning.

“Is there no respect for accountability again?” Maduagwu questioned, highlighting the use of official hours for non-official engagements.

He further pondered how the Governor would handle such behavior from his Commissioners, emphasizing its potential impact on international perception.

“This is why the rest of the world laugh at us,” Maduagwu lamented, drawing comparisons with global standards of governance.

He rhetorically asked if a New York Governor would similarly attend a wedding during official hours.

The post has sparked debate online, with reactions split between defending personal freedoms and demanding governmental accountability.

Davido tied the knot with his heartthrob, Chioma Avril Rowland in a grand ceremony at Eko Hotel, Lagos.
