The Vice-Chancellor restated this, while receiving visitors from the University of California, United States of America (U.S.A) and Warsaw Institute of Aviation.

During the visit, Prof. Kehinde emphasised FUNAAB’s eagerness to engage with the global community, citing numerous signings of the Memorandum of Understanding as evidence of the University’s dedication to fostering international partnerships.

Highlighting the various areas of interest, the Vice-Chancellor listed community engagement as a crucial area the University would want to venture into, so as to see the role that could be played in order to better the lives of people, especially the youths.

According to him, though staff partnership and curriculum development were also other targeted areas of interest, the major concern were the students, adding that the University was interested in fostering collaborations that would assist the Nigerian youths.

Appreciating them for the visit, he assured them that the University would be looking forward to a more official, robust and fruitful visit in the future.

Earlier in his Introductory Remarks, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of California, Prof. Daniel Okoli noted that the reason for their visit was to establish a collaboration with FUNAAB in some areas.
