Wizkid Announces Release Of Highly Anticipated Album ‘Morayo’

Nigerian singer Wizkid has finally announced the release of his highly anticipated album after much anticipation from his fans.

On his Instagram page, the “Essence” singer revealed that the album, titled ‘Morayo,’ will be released at 1pm Nigerian time.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the album’s release for weeks, especially since Wizkid has been teasing it since the start of the year.

Wizkid also set some expectations for his fans, warning them not to expect the old “Pakurumo Wizkid” as his sound has evolved.

Additionally, he stated that he no longer wants to be categorized as an Afrobeats artist, emphasizing that his music has grown beyond that genre.
