Controversial Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has boldly claimed that any artist who features him will win a Grammy.
The statement comes in the wake of Tems’ historic achievement at the 67th Grammy Awards, where she won her second Grammy.
Portable, known for his outspoken and often controversial persona, took to social media to assert that his involvement in any project would guarantee success at the prestigious awards.
In his words: “Olamide picked me and I came out from nowhere, nobody rise me, God is my pioneer, I’m telling if not that you neglected me I would have won Grammy, feature me if you want to collect Grammy, drop verse for me I get chorus, ordinary woman collected the Grammy from you people.”
Sharing a video of his claim, he wrote: “Failure is not an option for me I don’t have backup I am the backup that’s why am working hard I believe in my phone and sub any disappointment is a blessing”
