Destiny Etiko files N100m suit against Queeneth Hilbert for defamation

Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has taken legal action against fellow actress Queeneth Hilbert, filing a ₦100 million lawsuit for defamation.

Hilbert had accused Etiko on social media of snatching her wealthy boyfriend and being involved with other colleagues’ partners.

In response, Etiko, through her legal representatives, issued a 48-hour ultimatum for Hilbert to retract the allegations and publicly apologize.

A cease-and-desist letter, signed by lawyers Chisom Onugah and C.C. Nwabundo, also demands ₦100 million in damages.

Sharing the legal document on her Instagram page, Etiko denied the accusations, stating that Hilbert fabricated them for personal gain.
