Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has issued a plea to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) regarding allegations of Naira abuse.
Portable expressed regret if there’s any evidence against him, emphasizing his intention to assist the masses rather than mutilate the currency.
During an Instagram live session, Portable stressed his respect for authority, stating, “After God, it’s the government. I’m not mutilating the Naira. I only help a lot of people. If you see me spraying money, please forgive me.”
This plea comes amid the EFCC’s impending arraignment of socialite Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, for Naira abuse, following similar actions against Bobrisky, a crossdresser recently sentenced to prison for the same offense.
