Portable Wanted As Ogun Government Arraigns Nine Associates For Assaulting Officials

Reports indicate that the boys of controversial singer Portable have been arraigned in court following an assault on government officials.

The incident took place at Portable’s bar, Odogwu, in Iyana Ilogbo, Ogun State, where the officials from the Ogun State Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA) had gone for an inspection.

The clash led to the assault of the officials—Abidemi Onabanjo, Ramon Lateef, and Akinpelumi Oyero. Portable and his boys were reportedly armed with guns and cutlasses. The nine defendants facing charges, including assault, obstruction, and possession of dangerous weapons, are:

– Oluwaseun Ayenuwa (19)

– Oluwapelumi Adeosun (20)

– Gospel Kanu (20)

– Precious Ohiegebo (19)

The court granted them a N50 million bail while Portable remains on the run. The case has been adjourned to March 17, 2025.
