Speed Darlington Thanks Cubana Chief Priest For N2M Legal Support During Time In Jail

Speed Darlington, the controversial singer, has expressed his gratitude to popular socialite Cubana Chief Priest for sending N2 million to his legal team to help secure his release from prison.

The music star had been behind bars for two months after being accused of slandering Burna Boy.

In a recent video, Speed Darlington revealed that Cubana Chief Priest had contributed the money to his legal team while he was incarcerated. Two people have confirmed the payment.

Speed Darlington admitted that, initially, he thought Cubana Chief Priest was just using his name for publicity, but he now appreciates the businessman’s support during his time in prison.

“I thought you were chasing clout with my name, but two people confirm am say you came through..” he said in part.
