Tragedy As Nollywood Actress Pat Ugwu Passes Away

Popular Nollywood actress Pat Ugwu has passed away at the age of 35.

The news of her death came as a shock to many, as some of her colleagues were unaware of her passing.

Veteran actor Emeka Okoye confirmed the tragic news in a post on his Instagram page, though details about the cause of her death remain undisclosed.

He wrote: “Rest in peace sis. Pat ugwu. @patpat_ugwu so we no get to work again? Death whyooo ? God please 😭😭😭. Rest in peace PAT. May your soul rest in the bosom of the Lord. God please protect all my colleagues especially those am close to. This unusual Death is frightening. I proclaim life to everyone close to me this 2025 in the precious blood of Jesus. Amen.” 

Fans and fellow actors have since taken to social media to express their condolences and pay tribute to the late actress.
