Another EFCC operative collapsed, died in Lagos

Another unidentified operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has died after he collapsed in Lagos.

The officer is said to be working with the EFCC Lagos office

This is coming few after another operative, Aminu Salisu of the commission was killed in Southern part of the country.

In a video that went viral, the officer who was on mofty, slumped and was confirmed death few minutes after.

A voice was heard in the video where a bystander said, “He works with EFCC. His ID card is with him.”

In a telephone interview with some media houses, the EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, confirmed the incident.

He said, “Yes, the man is our officer. His death is being investigated. The incident happened on Sunday,” Oyewale said.
