Police repels bandits attack in Zamfara, kills notorious bandit Dan-Isuhu

A notorious bandit leader Dan-Isuhu have been killed in Zamfara.

Dan-Isuhu was reportedly killed by combined security operations including the police and vigilante.

Although a source in Zamfara have confided to Access Post that he was killed by another bandit leader after a long supremacy battle between their different groups.

But in a statement by the police command in Zamfara, the police claimed to have killed him.

“At approximately 1540hrs, a good Samaritan reported that a large number of armed bandits had stormed Keta town with the intention of perpetrating their inhumane acts. In response, a joint operation comprising PMF, CTU, hunters, and CPG mobilized and engaged the bandits in a fierce gun battle.”

The police said it was during the operation that they killed “large number of bandits, including the notorious kingpin Dan Isuhu Mudale, who had been terrorizing Tsafe and its environs.”.
