How Sanusi defied police order, hold Sallah durbar in Kano

Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II of Kano has snubs the order of Kano State Police command, canceling Sallah durbar in the state .

The police had cited having credible intelligence, and therefore cancel all durbar in the state.

However, Muhammadu Sanusi II after leading the Eid prayer at the Kofar Mata Mosque along side Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, he proceeded to Gidan Shettima Palace at Kofar Kwaru were he conducted a mini durbar.

First Post reports that Kano State government denied having knowledge of the reasons behind the ban, insisting that as the Chief Security officer of the state, the governor was supposed to be consulted by the police before taking decisions like this.

The government accuse external forced are bend in causing chaos in the state.
