Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady, celebrated the outstanding achievements of Team Nigeria from the 2024 Paralympics held in Paris, France, highlighting their perseverance, dedication, and sportsmanship.
During a reception at the State House in Abuja, she lauded the athletes for their historic performance and the pride they brought to the nation.

She expressed confidence that this milestone is just the beginning of further achievements for Nigeria on the global stage.
The Minister of Sports Development thanked the First Lady for her unwavering support of para-sports and noted that Nigeria has amassed around 100 medals since the Paralympic Games began in 1960.
