Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused him of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
The lawsuit, filed on June 4, 2024, alleges that West sent Pisciotta lewd texts and performed sex acts while on the phone with her, according to US media reports.
Pisciotta claims that after being hired to work on West’s Yeezy fashion line and collaborating on tracks for his Donda album, she was promoted to Chief of Staff for his various companies.
However, she was abruptly fired in September 2022, and alleges that a promised $3 million severance package was never paid.
She also asserts that West pressured her to delete her OnlyFans account in exchange for additional compensation, which he never fulfilled.
The lawsuit includes charges of fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
This is not the first time West has faced such accusations; previous employees have reported similar inappropriate behavior.
West has not yet responded to these latest allegations.
