A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, had on Tuesday, call on Senator Samuel Anyanwu to bring Supreme Court judgement that he claimed is in his favor.
The court gave him seven days ultimatum to bring the certified court judgment before it, which brought him back as the National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Udeh-Okoye was the one certified by high and appeal court to continue as the party secretary.
He was nominated by the South East zonal executives to continue from where Anyanwu resigned to contest governorship election.
Anyanwu later sought to recover his seat after failing to win the election in his state.
Rt. Hon. Udeh-Okoye therefore said he’s the right and legal occupant of the seat.
He said the litigation that led to the concurrent judgements of the courts in Enugu, was a fallout of the meeting where he was nominated.
After all the parties adopted their processes on Tuesday, Justice Ekwo adjourned the matter to April 28 for judgment.
