President Bola Tinubu has introduced a new leadership team for the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).
He appointed Engineer ngineer Jennifer Adighije as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
This announcement was made by Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President.
Engineer Jennifer Adighije, who brings extensive experience from both the private and public sectors, will lead the company.
She holds a master’s degree in Wireless Networks & Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.
Alongside her, six other professionals have been appointed to key executive roles within the company:
1. Engineer Abdullahi Kassim – Executive Director (Generation)
2. Engineer Bello Babayo Bello – Executive Director (Networks)
3. Mr. Emmanuel Umeoji – Executive Director (Corporate Services)
4. Mr. Omololu Agoro – Executive Director (Finance & Accounts)
5. Engineer Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama – Executive Director (Strategy & Commercial)
6. Barrister Steven Andzenge – Executive Director (Legal Services)

The newly appointed team is expected to leverage their expertise to advance the objectives of the National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP), ensuring effective management under their leadership.
