Bandits in a village called Kasai under Batsari Local Government Area of Katsina state have reportedly abducted about 30 children.
First Post could not independently get official reaction from security agencies, but locals in the community have confirmed the development.
In a chat with Channels, a local source said the bandits stormed the community and whisked away the children while they were fetching forwood.
This is coming few days after more than 200 Kuriga school children regained freedom, and another set of tsangaya students released in Sokoto state.
When contacted, the Katsina state Police PRao, ASP Abubakar Sadiq, is yet to respond to enquiries about the incidence.
