Former President Buhari Pays Sallah Homage to Emir of Daura

Former President Muhammadu Buhari visited the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk Umar, at his Daurama residence in Daura, Katsina State, on Thursday, June 20.

The visit was in honour of the Sallah celebrations.

Bashir Ahmad, a media aide to Buhari, shared images of the visit, highlighting the former president’s ongoing connection to his home community.

Ahmad wrote: “Former President Muhammadu Buhari and Malam Mamman Daura paid Sallah homage to the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk Umar, at his Daurama Palace in Daura, Katsina State.”
